    Oatmeal is not bad for you. If you sincerely like this 'cauliflowermeal', then stick with it I guess. But it's tiring to hear that oatmeal is a bad food.

    I'm glad you bumped this! I was just trying to remember the awesome cauliflower recipe you shared. I can't wait to make this for breakfast with cauliflower "eggs" (you just blend cauliflower and water then cook it like scrambled eggs!).
