After only doing cardio for 6 months, I lost a bunch of weight, but also lost volume in my bum. Now I know I should have done strength training at the same time.
So now I'm *trying* to bulk up my butt. Easier said than done when you're my age. :huh:
I did much cardio for years I too am just learning the power of the lift.0 -
