    Honestly, you would think it would be difficult, but it really isn't. I won't say I don't get hungry on fast days, because I do. Most of those days I actually feel great at the end and sometimes am not even hungry for my last "meal". Occasionally, I'm really hungry. And, I do not diet on non-fast days.

    Google Michael Mosley and PBS you will find the video that explains how it works. It's actually supposed to improve your health, although I think the actual research was done on alternate-day fasting by Krista Varady.
