From Flabby to Not Shabby! (pics)

I just finished typing out a lonnnnng post and then in true wonky computer fashion, the Internet gobbled it and left me with a blank screen. If you want to read more on my story (thoughts on sobriety, self-esteem, weight loss, etc., then I happily invite you to my blog).
That said, here’s the TL; DR version:
Before: flabby.
During: Start running, lifting heavy, eating somewhat nutritiously. Lose ~10 lbs over the course of a year and a half (my body likes to hold on to weight!).
Now: Feelin’ good. Stronger, sexier, more confident. Working on achieving fitness goals: one organized race a month and seeing the 140s and maybe even the 130s before my next birthday! There’s never really an “after” as there’s always something bigger, faster, stronger that I want to accomplish!
Before: rolls n’ double chin.
Now: muscles and sex appeal.
