    Belinda, I went from a tight 8 to a 6-8...can wear six in some manufacturers' clothing and an 8 in others...

    and to top it off, on my 30th birthday (saturday), i ran a 5K and set a new PR! 37:12. slow, yes, but i jogged the whole way without stopping...and beat my last time by a couple of minutes.
