    Calories Per Day: 1900-2400 most days, rest days as low as 1600, long run days as high as 2800.

    Days/Amount/Type of Exercise per Week: 6 days/3-4 days running, 3 Pilates classes (hour each), 6 days 30DS (was running 5-6 days a week until started 30DS, will get back to that when I'm done)

    Months Since You Started? Phase I: 28. Phase II: 4.

    Amount Weight Lost: Phase I: 30 pounds. Phase II: 12 pounds. (Phase I lost 30+ pounds in 2011, maintained within a few pounds until January, when started Phase II to lose some more. Total loss so far 42.2 pounds.)
