    Guys, the best thing you can do for your health is get to a healthy weight, eat "reasonably" and exercise regularly. All the other stuff is close enough to a waste of your time.

    Breast cancer gene means 87% chance of developing breast cancer. No natural breast tissue = no chance of breast cancer (which can metastasize into deadlier forms). I have an aunt who did the same thing.
    My wife plans to do the same thing once she reaches her goal weight.
