Some of you may find this demoralizing to women, but I personally found this video hilarious. Admittedly, I've said a few of these things to my trainer at one point or another...

I am definitely guilty of a few of those. Just yesterday I told my trainer that I realized how many excuses I come up with during our exercises but I'll be damned if he ever believes one of them, lol.

I was a trainer years back. So many of those things ring true. The best for me was the part about having worked with the trainer for years and not seeing results. I had one client argueing with me exactly the same way, and when we broke down her meal choices that week she was on the high end of a 3 pound gain.

I got out of fitness because I hated being an accountability measure and abscially paid to count reps and say motivational things. There were a few genuine achievements that I am proud of though, so it wasn't for not.

    Cheers

As a trainer and coach for many years I can honestly say that I have heard each of these. Many, many times! It's funny because it's true.

"Look, I've got a big vacation coming up and I need to lose 30lbs, stat!"

Just look at it as you keep trying and one of these days you'll hit the jackpot....and he will believe....he will.
