I started this 2 days ago and boy does it hurt! I'm on my 3rd day today and I keep putting it off because it still hurts from yesterday's 55 (where I did 65 accidentally) I can't bend down without my leg muscles being sore! I will do this though! It's good to see someone said it gets better after the third day!0

How should you do the squats, some people are saying go down, 5 seconds, then up, 5 seconds whilst others are saying down then up slowly :S0

When I started doing squats for the first time I did like 90 not thinking and OMG the next week I had to fall down every time I wanted to sit.0

Girls, I see a lot of people saying they aren't building the butt they want, try adding a little butt squeeze in at the half way point of each rep - it will focus more on the glutes. Good luck.0

Day 10: 105 squats. I am starting to feel like a squat MACHINE.0

Im on day 8 and notice a change but not a challenge for me yet. I am very athletic and fast walk every night so that may be the reason why im not hurting yet. But want to keep up with everyone and get it a try. I agree with some of the other posts in that I notice some small changes. But i see it in my butt or at least my husband and coworkers do.0
