What do you think when someone asks you not to judge?
In my experience, that statement is usually followed by a really slutty story.

their is a difference between JUDGING and helpful input. To offer what has worked for you can be helpful EACH individual has their own imprint no two people gain or loose weight exactly the same, so what works for one may not for another.
So Judging,,no one needs that, Helpful input or personal examples yes we all benefit, in fact I am one who welcomes input from my MFP buddies who actually ready my daily post...they have helped me fine tune and refocus.0
