My Name is Casey. I am an AF wife, mother of 3, and pushing 30:( We are currently stationed in the UK, but are from Wi originally:
I started working out and getting fit about 4 days ago, and have been very satisfied with results. I started at 178 and currently I am 175:) I have been doing 30 day shred by Jullian Michaels and am still on level one. I also really enjoy the C25k program, alothough I am stuck on week 3. I was addicted to coca cola, and have kicked the habbit. I fell off the wagon giving in to about 1 soda a day, but am hoping I can curb that with the water I have been infusion with lemon, blue berry, and mint. Any helpful hints, and work out tips I would love to hear!
Just looking for motivated people to help support/ and in turn I support them. I am hoping to get down to 140-150, and not sure how long it will take, but am determined. :)
