    Moon Pops (16 kcal each) or Sara Lee 45 calorie bread, toasted with 4T of PB2 (90 kcal), healthy sprinkle of cinnamon
    mini peppers, sunburst grape tomatoes, celery
    Sweet Freedom fudgsicles (70 kcal for TWO!)
    Dannon Light & Fit Greek yogurt (80 kcal per carton, 2x protein!)
    protein shake if I need the calories

    Toms
    Slices of breaded ham
    Eggs that I have boiled the night before
    Apples
    Almonds

    I used to snack on lots of sugary cereals from the box.........Naughty!!! Shhh!

    I keep cut up watermelon and veggie sticks in the fridge for when I want water and crunch.
    Also if I'm more hungry: nuts, tea (with it lol), Greek yogurt, protein shake, peice of fruit + nuts,banana + nut butter, microwave protein cake (protein, milk, baking soda, etc), berries, etc

    If I'm at work (in cafe): coffee, tea, protein bar, fruit salad, nut bar, protein shake, yogurt.

    Unsweetened air-popped corn
    Lean ham with low fat garlic cheese, rolled into torpedoes
    Chicken breast
    Whole wheat toast and marmite (yep - I LOVE it!)
    Dried cranberries
    Fresh fruit
    Banana smoothie made with 0% milk and cinamon
    Hot tea
    Celery with PB

    Yoghurts, fave has to be the range by Danone-high protein, low fat and very thick with quality real fruit.

    Hi I was just wondering what everyone else snacks on? looking for some new suggestions? Also looking for friends to help me stay on track to loose weight and keep it off.

    My typical snacks are:

    Pringles 100 calorie tub
    String cheese, 80 calories
    Dannon light and fit nonfat vanilla yogurt - plain or with a little bit of caramel syrup for a real treat
    Apple slices with either pb or yogurt
    Trail mix
    15 Reese's Pieces
    Banana
    Grapes plain or dipped in yogurt

    I usually eat for Snacks.

    Raw Blueberries, Strawberries.
    Greek Yogurt with Blueberries stirred in.
    Half of a Banana with 1 tbsp. of Peanut Butter

    Love Weight Watchers Dark Chocolate Raspberry Bar only 90 Calories
