    I ate 300 calories worth of doritos.

    I usually eat 1 1/2 c Ore-ida potatoes, 2 eggs scrambled, and 2 pieces of toast with sugar free jelly. It is incredibly filling for 360 calories.

    I had a scramble made of one liquid egg white (3Tbsp of the liquid) and 1/2 cup sauteed baby mushrooms seasoned with dill and salt. I put it on top of half a low-cal whole-grain English muffin. If it was a weekday I would have also had two or three cups of coffee with about 2Tbsp almond milk (total, not each), but I like the option of a mid-morning nap on weekends.
