    What is your calorie goal per day? 1550 - but that's because I'm not exercising at the moment, I'm healing (broken toe and a crazy 3 weeks of salmonella poisoning) I was eating 1800

    Fitness goal: to get down to 23% body fat. (Currently at 25.3%)

    Weigh lifting 3 times a week
    "Cardio" 2-3 times a week ( bike, walking, intense gardening, etc)

    1200-1350 depending if I do crossfit or play tennis that day

    currently 146, goal 135-137

    been doing this for a month or so now with no weight loss, so considering reducing calories and increasing exercise.

    half pound to a 1 lbs perhaps lost 2 just this month yay.
    exercise 2 times a week and more, if I can with 2 toddlers running around and being a stay at home mom and one shared car.

    daughters 19 months apart ,someday's I ask myself why lol

    i am 26 5foot 5 and currently at 114lbs

    i eat between 500 to 1000 net cals a day. trying to up that to at least 1200 - 1500 cals NET

    i been on a plateau for months now (no ****)

    please no YOU ARE STARVING POST i am recovering and doing my best

    all this to say . dont go too low its not worth it

    How what is your weekly weightloss goal? I don't have a particular goal for each week, but in one and a half years, I lost 180 pounds. Have been holding steady for a few months, but need to lose another 40 pounds.

    What is your calorie goal per day? It varies between 1200 and 1400. I stopped losing weight a few months ago because I stopped counting calories, and was probably eating at least 1600 to 1700 then.
