How what is your weekly weightloss goal? I don't have a particular goal for each week, but in one and a half years, I lost 180 pounds. Have been holding steady for a few months, but need to lose another 40 pounds.
What is your calorie goal per day? It varies between 1200 and 1400. I stopped losing weight a few months ago because I stopped counting calories, and was probably eating at least 1600 to 1700 then.0
