Tony Chachere creole seasoning is my favorite. I take about 8 of the frozen shrimp and microwave them in a bowl covered with plastic wrap and seaoning for about a minute. It's just about perfect in my microwave. I pair it with whatever i have in the fridge. It's a great way to use up leftover chinese rice or ( if you prefer a low carb option) zucchini ribbon "noodles"0

Spicy shrimp ceasar salad.
Toss them in a bowl with 2 tsp of olive oil and a tbsp of chili powder. Put on a rimmed pan and put under the broiler for 5-7 minutes.
Serve with romaine lettuce, some fresh parm cheese and homemade ceasar dressing:
2 anchovies minced
1/3 light mayo
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
2 tbsp of graded parm cheese
1 tbsp of water (or more depending on consistancy preference)
(Recipe is enough to lightly coat 4 servings of lettuce.)
ETA: For croutons...use a corn tortilla. Spray both sides with cooking spray and then sprinkle with chilie powder, salt and pepper and bake for 10 minutes, flipping once half way through.0 -
