I was wondering the same thing last week so I just Goggled "songs to jog to"... I can't remember the site, but one was really great in that it gave you the ability to put in the mile pace you want and it gave you a list of songs that were at that pace tempo. It should be easy to find again if look for it in your search engine. Other sites had some good lists also, but not tempo/pace related.

    ... Kesha. Cannibal.
Maybe not the GREATEST song for working out, but I had it stuck in my head (due to an oldtime bff) and listened to it on repeat during my run... Thought I'd share :)

But seriously, the list Amy posted is right on!

We like all kinds of music, he tends towards Jazz and I am more of a Pop girl. But we share a play list so I am trying to get music that both of us will like. Thanks for all of the great suggestions! ::))

You should check out the app "Rock my Run"- it is fabulous! You can choose different genres of music, and then they will give you a list of different types of mixes. I've been using this for the past week or so, and its great :-)

I listen to Smokey Robinson & The Miracles. I find the beat to their music coincides pretty well with my running pace.
