Looking for some new stuff to add to my playlist and it looks like there is some great stuff here! One of my all time favourites is Rise Against - Prayer of the Refugee.0

I'm a huge fan of PodRunner. It's a great series of fixed and varied BPM mixes. I strongly recommend giving it a try no matter what kind of music you listen to, it'll get you in the groove and you won't be skipping around trying to find just the right song.

Didn't know Pandora had workout stations. Cool!:glasses:0

I run to Deep House, uplifting trance etc.. I've recently purchased Kids in Glass Houses' new album (Peace) and I've really enjoyed running to it most of its tracks- even though it is not house.
For long distance running I really NEED deep house though.. Those types of sets that would build up for a long time and will help me to get into my ZEN state of mind!0 -
Fit radio.........look in the app store if you use your phone..... Several different types of music that goes by BPM, similar to jog FM, but available for Android0

I must admit.. I can run better when I'm listening to dubstep. If I'm having a frustrating day, I listen to chillstep.
Not sure if you have tried that yet, but it might work for you. Not all music is good music to others, though hehe :P0 -
FIT RADIO is my favorite app when working out!! It gives you stations with certain bpms (beats per minute?) Which is how fast paced the songs are so the higher bpm the more intense the workout like cardio and stuff0

My husband has been encouraging me to pay more attention to my cadence (strive for 90 rpm!) while running, so I threw together a playlist in the realm of 180 bpm. I've actually been quite surprised at which songs ended up being the easiest to run to...which I'll share with you now. =P
Karma Chameleon - Culture Club
Gangster's Paradise - Coolio
The Distance - Cake
Affirmation - Savage Garden
Footloose - Kenny Loggins
Mahna, Mahna - Cake
She - Green Day
Santeria - Sublime
Pump It - Black Eyed Peas
Virtual Insanity - Jamiroquai
All Mixed Up - 311
Every Little Thing She Does is Magic - The Police
I used to listen to really energetic "motivating" stuff like Bon Jovi, but I find that I actually do run faster to these relatively "calmer" songs, just because it smooths my cadence significantly!0 -
You can't go wrong with Nina Simone's 'Sinnerman'!0
