    I used to have a cat with one eye also! Her name was Gallie and I loved her sooo much. I was devastated when we found out she had leukemia and we had to put her down. Some people thought she was gross or ugly because of her eye but we loved her so much and thought she was just as pretty as ever.

    She used to sit inside my doll house. (I was little!) Gallie was a stray and we adopted her into our home. I was about 2 when we got her.

    Amen! I love our two kitties that we rescued from the shelter a few months ago. They're both 7 years old, renamed Simon and Kaylee. They keep my blood pressure down. <3<3

    I'd like cats more if they could play fetch. Or you could take them for a walk.

    I think my next pet will be a retriever instead.

    My cat Scoogie plays fetch. My dad had a bad back and couldn't move around much so she learned to bring her toys back so they could keep playing. And because I mentioned her I'm going to post another photo. :]

    I think the naysayers have been attracted by your choice of title. Had you titled your thread in a positive way, such as "I'd like some MFP friends who love their cats" or "Show me your cute cat pictures" you would've set a completely different tone, and invited a vastly different response. You started the thread out negatively (perhaps intentionally, perhaps not), but it brings out a negative reaction in some people. (Not me, I just thought it was funny)...but you kinda cut out a whole HUGE segment of the world's population with your title, so I wouldn't be surprised by naysayers if I were you. :wink: Anyway, have a cat-tastic day guys. :drinker:

    If you can't learn to be respectful and compassionate towards animals, how will you ever learn to apply the same kindness to people?
    Can we say "No sense of humor whatsoever?" How about "Overreact much?"
    I am a little curious, have you ever been around cats? They will climb in and explore anything, and if one does it the rest of the litter are right behind to check out whatever the first found so interesting.

    Its a scottish fold and she is BULIMIC

    Would share pics if I knew how, but I have to go clean up some cat puke:sick: :grumble:

    I have a bulimic kitty too. Every day, she purges. Blech.

    I actually have a "CRAZY CAT LADY" shirt. This is not a joke. I chose a few favorites of my Sims... I have entirely too many... to the point of embarrassment, perhaps.
