I'm in ... this will be a push for me as I'm only going to count my runs ... I'm running about 16 miles a week ... but if I can bump my runs closer to a 10k I can see where it leads.
Actually 100miles a month is my goal to stay at ... I didn't think I'd hit it until September but what the heck, let's give it a whirl!0 -

I have an 8K in September, but I've never done 100 miles in a month before. My longest run has been an 8k. I'm going to try this, but it will certainly test me.0

As you're not welcome in this thread - perhaps you can find something that floats your boat in http://www.myfitnesspal.com/forums/show/3781-century-plus-cycling and leave the pedestrians to their own devices

100 Mile August Challenge
In an effort to become more physically fit I an issuing a challenge to all my Friends. I challenge you to join me in my quest to run/jog 100 miles in August.
I will be keep track of this challenge on My Fitness Pal. I also use Map My Run to track my distance and times. It is a great free app I have on my smart phone but is also available on the web at www.mapmyrun.com
If you take the challenge I ask that you send in your result daily and I will keep a running total of our progress.
