    Choose straight from the farm, not heavily processed and sold in a bag, carrots.

    Oh also forgot! Not sure exactly how extremely healthy this is but my personal fav: dried sweet cranberries mixed in peanut butter and I put it on a cracker. So good!

    My all time favorite is peanut butter and banana's. Also love it with celery and carrots. When I was younger a spoonful of peanut butter was a treat.

    Try this amazing smoothie:
    - 3 cups baby spinach;
    - 3 cups crushed ice;
    - 1 scoop vanilla protein powder;
    - 3/4 cup almond milk;
    - 2 TBSP peanut butter;

    Healthy as all get out - you'll never even taste the spinach and have amazing energy for hours. Throw in half a banana if you want the extra carbs for even more umph in your giddy-up! ;)
