whats everyones weight goal?

Current goal is 135 (18 to go, have lost 30 so far)....but may change to 125-130 when I get there.. I'm 5'2". I do quite a bit of weight training to prevent the "skin flab" issues along with the aerobics for the fat burn (check out beachbodies.com program Chalean Extreme).
As for the "boob" thing, my Dr. told me it depends on your breast tissue....some women have "fatty" breast tissue....other's have "dense" breast tissue. I NEVER lost there and never would per my Dr. as I have the dense type....other women can lose dramatically!:blushing:0 -
I would love to be back at 135 or 140. but for right now would say 155 when i get there i will see if i can take the rest off. right now i weigh 182 my highest weight was 193.8.0

My first goal is under 200. My second goal is 160. We'll see from there.0

I'm 5'3" and I currently weigh 123. My best weight ever was 109, but that was a couple years ago and I hadn't fully grown into my body yet. Now my goal is 115, if it seems like I could do better once I get to 115 then I'll go for 110. We'll just have to see. Anyone with similar goals, or really just anyone, feel free to send me a friend request.0

I'd like to be at 118 but i think im going to have to settle for 125-130 if i get to that . My weight has been going up and down then started weight training0

My goal initially was around 145-150, but I am right at 170 and loving the way my body looks so far. If I can get to 160, I would be happy with that. I started around the 240's and had lost some weight before I even joined MFP. Right now I am focusing on toning up my body, I want more muscle definition in my legs, arms and back and I want to flatten my stomach a little more. I am in a 12 right now, can fit some 10's and I am very happy with this especially coming from a 16/18. I am 5'3 and I know according to the medical literature I should be a lot lower, but I would be too thin. My body fat % is healthy right now and I am gaining alot of muscle, so I say you stop when you are happy with the way you look and feel. Also, I have lost a ton of inches especially in the chest and waist area. My breast didn't go down so much, but I lost around that area. I do quite a bit of training, 7 workouts, 2 mainly cardio and the others are strength training w/ cardio.0

Right now I'm at 172, I was at 176 when I started on here and 188 at the beginning of summer. Actually at one point I think I was even at 192 but I didn't write that one down. My goal is to be between 130-140 by December0

225 been as close as 250 and got back up to 314 and now currently down to 2970

I'm another one who doesn't have a weight goal in mind. I just want to be healthy, fit, and be able to 'buy off the rack'. I'll know it when I see it in the mirror.

I stuck #135 in the box when I joined. but being healthy, fit, eating right, exercising- is my real goal- whatever weight that lands me at0 -
I am hoping to get down to at least 170lbs again. I remember feeling good about myself when I was at that weight. Currently at 253lbs now after having two beautiful boys. Welcoming anyone who wants to help me in my jurney to add me as a friend.0

I was originally going for my old weight of 215lbs back in Mar of 2008. I've changed that to 190lbs. I was 339 6/20/12 and so far I've lost 28lbs. Hopefully spring next year I can make that goal, but even if I don't make it by spring, there's always summer. I'm currently on the Optifast Diet Program ( shakes and bars ), I've already completed a month and my body is still full of energy and I don't feel hungry all day long. In 7 weeks, I plan to add in a full meal and subtract a shake drink from my day, which will be a wonderful day. I work out at the gym at least 3 to 4 times a week, I still try to get a good walk workout even on my off gym days.0

Mine is 160, I am just beginning my journey so I have yet to lose anything. I am very hopeful. I have not seen 160 in over 20 years. I know it didn't take a day to get where I am and I know it won't take a day to get to where I am going but I will accomplish this goal.0

My goal is to maintain my current 230lbs at 6'6" after losing 260lbs to get there. I've been under 240 since the beginning of this year, so my current plan seems to be doing the trick!0

I'm 5'6" my original goal was 150, I changed it to 140. I'm between 160/162 right now.0

my weight goal is 140 ... 120 if i dont like what i see tho. currently i am 190. my highest weight was 198.
but i think 140 will be fine because when i was 140 all my friends told me i was too skinny and that i needed to gain weight.
i am 5'7" ... i dont think 140 was too skinny. maybe it jus looked that way to them because i was way taller than my friends.0 -

My primary goals is non-weight related:
1: finishing the MARATHON!
2: running in a sports bra and shorts (NO SHIRT!)
3: see abs!
Weight wise though I would love to see 145. I am 165 (US size 8,10 &/or 12) now and have never been 145 (I was lying and saying 145 in the 8th grade when I was about 150!) so I am not even sure what it looks like on me! I might have to reassess once i get closer to that weight. I am also expecting to build muscle as I train so the scale might move slower than my progress towards goals 1,2, & 3. Thats ok with me!0 -

I have reached my ultimate goal weight #1 which is 165lbs. Now my next one is 140lbs, followed by 125lbs. I am 5'1 1/2". I starting and highest weight was 260 lbs.0
