    My BMI is higher than 100%. If everyone had my BMI, all land masses would sink.

    If I lose 80 pounds, my BMI is still 99% higher than the world's population of women in my age group.

    And to think, I was feeling good about losing 62 pounds. I will go cry myself to sleep now. :sad: :sad: :sad:

    I might feel badly about this if I wasn't aware that BMI is wildly inaccurate for tall people, people with muscle and people with heavy frames and I'm all of the above. At my goal weight, I'll have an actual body fat of roughly 15% but a BMI of 26.
