Frozen mixed berries, Yogurt and Orange juice! I make great smoothies with these! Add equal to taste and you got a great healthy snack or breakfast! You also got in your calcium and fruit servings for the day!

anything in the produce area. I am addicted to the fresh foods section, we get 90% of our groceries in that section of the store. Anything that looks good and ripe is a go to food. Lately sweet peppers have been the most popular in our house, we've been adding them to every recipe possible and its been awesome.

Are you just switching out 3 items? Because that sounds like a great idea...

Can't really say on my favorite foods... but I always enjoyed fruit of the season (for me, personally, it was figs), Rice cakes, and local honey. You'd be surprised what a little honey can do on your favorite fruit! Om nom nom....

Veggies for Cooking with: Tomatoes, Onions (various types), Spinach, mushrooms plus others as planned for meals

    Hummus!!

Yogurt, if sweetened, it must be with Splenda as I don't tolerate aspartame well and don't want sugar calories
