how do i set new goals?

two years ago I started on my weight loss journey and lost 45 pounds. I've maintained for a year. When i started, i also started working out regularly and have kept that up as well. My question is, how do I set new goals for myself in the exercise area? Any suggestions?

    If you've reached your goal in weight loss maybe add on some 5Ks or adventure races to your goals. Every year I pick a few that I want to do and work towards training for them. I haven't done a marathon yet...I'm slowly working my way there...eventually! LOL I usually check the gym or newspaper for events going on. February I have an 8 mile run. I can't wait! Hope this helps!
