    Silly - you should READ my posts. It's not all about the body - it's ALL about the attitude. The desire. The drive. The decision to be fit. I've seen many a women who are far from fit who are simply hot based on their attitude and direction. And just as many (if not more) women with perfect bodies who are simply NOT HOT because of their attitude being the opposite. Don't sell yourself short.

    Well..."wank" is not a term I've ever used that I recall, and unfortunately no, no "wanking" to the friends list! The motivation I get is more of the "get your *kitten* to the gym" kind, rather than the "get out the vaseline" kind!
