... 8 mile run today to bring me over the 100! First time I have managed to run 100 miles during a month. Unfortunately I will have to tamper next month as I have an 8K and a 10K during August so no major mileage for me, at least at the beginning of the month anyhow! I am also away with the family next week so I'm not too sure how much running I will get in during the week I will do my best to get a few miles in.
