Yes. Every single thing, every single day.

I do because when I get slightly off track it helps me to be accountable to myself

I pretty much get it in everyday, I usually make all of my meals.

This week that hasn't been perfectly true since my husband's been on a fast food spree, but I still try to record everything.

Everyday, immediately after every meal and/or workout. I confess I do not track my water as consistently.

Even if I overdid something because of a weekend party, I log it so that I know. If it was a complicated meal, I come home and guesstimate.

I log everyday... sometimes I may quick add calories, or "guesstimate" but I always add something and I generally try to overshoot when questionable on calorie count. Would rather log too many than too few

nope... i'm not really that obsessive about it. I do track most days. There are days where it's just plain too difficult to track. For example a day where I am out all day with my boyfriend and he takes me out to eat to restaurants that do not have nutritional information available online. Lol. Restaurants are ridiculous. Something that should be 300 calories ends up being 900. I don't even bother. There are also days where I track all my food and then I'll go out that night knowing how many calories I had eaten that day and I will order drinks accordingly, but don't necessarily log those drinks.

I try my best to track every bite, but I also struggle on weekends if we are at parties or eating out where I have to guesstimate. I just do my best and try and stay under my calories in case I have underestimated the calories.

The most helpful thing I have done is to use the MFP app - my phone is always with me so I try and put things in as soon as I eat them.

EVERY DAY...sometimes I don't complete my diary if it's bad...but, it is public so anyone can creep on it and look. :-)

I track everyday good or bad. I workout hard and I need to make sure that I get the accurate calorie count so that I'm above my bmr. I am way too full by the end of the day to eat my tdee
  • I have not missed a day yet - going on two months.

The blackberry AP makes it helpful and I also will go back and fill in when I don't get a chance to update for the day.

I track everyday, when I don't it just starts a downward spiral of not logging when I "cheat".

    God bless,

I track every day because it helps keep me motivated. If I have a bad day, tracking it helps me get back on track. I also make my diary available for my friends to view as I know I get ideas from other people's diaries - and if I've had a bad day I know others are going to see it so it also motivates me to get back on track quickly. If I didn't track every day I would go backwards pretty quickly!

I've tracked everyday for 517 days straight, and counting! It's a habit now. Even on vacations I track.

    I track every day.
If there is a day where I'm unsure about calories, I won't bother with the exact foods but I will just quick-add calories for an approximate number. And write a note :p

I try to track everyday but it's rarely closed and finished as I get lazy after dinner.

I track every single day because I know they day I don't track will get me into trouble.

That is totally me, too! Knowing that I'm going to track it makes me eat less.... especially since I know other people will be looking at my day of eating. lol!

I track every day - I set reminders so that if I don't put in lunch or dinner, it goes off on my iPhone.

Yup, every day, good or bad. I'm only cheating myself when I don't track, or when I'm not honest about my food and exercise.

    i track every day.
  • I log my food every single day. Regardless of circumstances, location, etc, I log every day. I would get very paranoid and off-track if I didn't.
  • I find that if I procrastinate tracking things, I forget what I ate, etc, and that leads to false net cal's. Nothing can be perfect, but I am finding that with nearly everything in the database, I can track easily with my Droid. I am getting much better as visually estimating portion sizes. It takes practice. If you don't track daily, its simply not going to work, just like every other failed diet attempt.
