    Thanks so much for sharing! I just started here, and I want to lose about 20 pounds. Seeing your results is encouraging and inspirational. It makes me feel confident knowing that others have been successful at this. I struggle right now to workout, because I get so winded so quickly. Nice to know that will get better the more I do it. Keep up the good work. You look great! :)

    Truthfully? My motivation is that I'm doing it for me. No one else. I decided to be skinny again. I tried the being fat thing, tried it for about 3 years, decided it wasn't for me anymore. I don't deprive myself of anything! Look at my diary! I had chinese and onion rings and beer this weekend! I love myself enough to love my health. Oh- and I love clothes. And clothes look better on me when I don't have extra lumps :-P

    I'm there with you officially today I have lost 30 pounds, since starting in March I was 238 and now I'm 208. So anybody can do it, you just have to put your mind to it.
