I am 5'8 currently weighing at 161lbs I would love to hit my ultimate goal weight of 135lbs, but I would be happy if I hit the 140's!0

Hi, I'm just under 5'8 (5'7.5 to be exact ) and I'm aiming for about 160lbs (around 11st). I'm currently 182/13st so I'm hoping to drop at least 2 stone0

And for contrast: I am 180lbs with 26% body fat. My goal is 180lbs and 19% body fat. Measurements say my frame is ever so slightly smaller than medium.0

I'm 5'8"!!! I started out with a goal of 155, I think I could put myself in a healthy place around 145 though! 170 right now and am a little bigger framed. YAY CURVES!!0

5'8" here, and I've always been heavy. Even when I was SUPER athletic and NOTHING jiggled, I was still a good 165 lbs. That was a long time ago though, now EVERYTHING jiggles.

I'm not sure what my "frame" is. I would say mediumish? I know I will always have wide hips and big thighs but my top half gets small. I wear M shirts right now. 10 pants.0 -

CW is 225 GW is 172 and I will see then. I'm losing 1 lb per week so I guess I have a year until I have to worry about that darn scale!!!
I know I should be happy losing a pound a week but I'm an impatient girl.
