Here we go again! Let's see how many total pounds we can lose in August. Aim for 5, then let us know at month's end what your total is. August will be a huge challenge or me with my son's wedding and all, but I need to stay focused!

One thing I've been wanting to do when I've lost enough weight is to go out in a swimsuit and not feel like I need a t-shirt and shorts over it! Also to get ready for a wedding or other formal occasion and not have to wear spanx!0 -

Just what I need! I lost about 14 pounds earlier this year but gained 7 pounds back in the last couple of months due to lots of night-time eating and bingeing. I'm so desperate to break out of this habit.

Just for fun: What is one thing you have been wanting to do when you have lost enough weight? I want to zipline. Once I lose 50 lbs, I am going to do it. My husband did a zipline course this past weekend and even offered to let me do it as well (I said no, it is a goal thing for me) I was so jealous and can't wait to do it.
