My goal is to lower my overall body fat, revamp my whole diet to eat healthy & nutritious meals, and be strong not only mentally but physically too.0

Mine is to be 112 by August 27th.
So 8 pounds to go.

1st goal met which was 10lbs, next goal is 15lbs but I am stuck at 11lbs lost currently. Total goal is 25lbs.0

I want to lose 9 more lbs to start with, bringing my weight to 106. Don't know if I'll happy at that weight as my lowest weight was 107 about 5 years ago. Anyone know what the ideal weight would be for 4ft 11 in medium frame?0

I was at 194, and now I am at 182....my goal weight is 150...but I am also basing it off of how I look and feel....cause I don't want to look too skinny! LOL0

136. I'm at 140 now. When I started 2 months ago was at 170.0

I just started yesterday. I'm hoping that putting my food in will make me accountable for what I'm putting into my body. I'm getting married in March 2013 and want to look great. Plus I've let myself go this past year. I want to feel good again. I'm at 211 lbs and want to get back to 170 atleast.0
