Strive for progress, not perfection!0

It's not about perfect. It's about effort. And when you bring that effort every single day, that's where transformation happens. That's how change occurs.

We are what we repeatedly do.
Excellence, therefore, is not an act but a habit.

These are all great! Will be printing some up and posting over my walls!!
My initial motivational thought is "I am striving to be the best version of me that I can be"
And when I feel like I can't push through that last minute of INSANITY, or feel like walkin the last mile instead of running it, I tell myself "my mind gives up before my body does" !!0 -
While exercising................If you're going through hell, keep going.0

This one is on my profile............
"Strength does not come from physical capacity. It comes from an indomitable will."0 -
"You're fat. Don't try and sugar coat it 'cus you'll eat that too."
I love this sentiment and any other quotes that make me smile through the sweat (which no I won't drown in and yes it is my fat crying). Lately after all 50 shades publicity and snarky comments I ask myself what my inner goddess would do, she's a lean badass btw!0 -

Sweat is fat crying!
I always think of this just when I feel like I don't want that extra 5 minutes on the treadmill!0 -
I don't have a motto. I enjoy the workout, conquering the pain, and am very happy after it.
When I see something tempting I just ask myself, "will this make me happy ? will I be happy after having it ?"
Food can't make you happy. I guess that's my motto.0 -

Yes, it's much harder with a toddler and a newborn! I'm there right now...no sleep or "me' time. I try to go to the gym within an hour of getting up and get it done. Makes for a much happier mommy and the kids have fun playing in the child care.0
