Eggs. People that say eggs are bad for you need punched in the neck.
I love eggs.
The argument I have heard is that you should try to avoid eating more than 2 WHOLE eggs in a day. The reason is because the yolk is high in cholesterol. You can have 2 whole eggs and substitute the rest with egg white, that would be fine.
Eggs would only affect you in that way if you have pre-existing bad cholesterol. If you are a healthy individual, you should have no problem with a few more yolks. (For example I eat 3 whole eggs every morning and on occasion 2-3 more in the afternoon). IEggs too!

it varies, for me - i go through phases where i must have something and then i just don't care for several months. i go through sushi phases, nacho phases, peanut butter phases, salad phases, but not for extended periods of time.
hummus is one thing i can't live without - there's always hummus in my fridge. dill pickles. anything spicy - salsa, jalapenos, chinese hot mustard.
oh, and half and half for when i make coffee in the french press (yes, good old full fat half and half - i make room for it in my calories/macros because anything else is gross) or regular torani hazelnut in my lattes, because the sugar-free kind is nasty.0 -
Crunchy nut butters---mmmmmmmmm0
-
Three things which I cannot live without:
1. tea
2. steak
3. potato chips
Now I find that chicken is a necessity. Count that if you like.0 -
I was going to say bread, but then I saw a post saying eggs..... and I'd definitely have to say eggs as a veggie, with them being my biggest source of protein.0

I am with everyone on coffee. I drink it with coconut milk creamer (no added sugars). I have no desire to give up coffee.0
