    May i ask what exercise you did?

    Thanks :) I started off with Hip Hop Abs daily, a dog walk for 15 mins daily (with a pram) and Zumba once a week.
    When I got bored I did 30 day shred, then some Ripped in 30. Now i find any workouts I can online for variety, atm I am doing the butt bible off youtube lol. I have also been doing the odd run. I don't go to the gym, and have to work my workouts around my 3 kids - so most of them are 30-40 mins max a day, usually when the baby is asleep :)
    You look fantastic and fitting all the exersise around 3kids. Amazing.what an inspiration
