bread of choice (I usually use 2 slices of wheat)

If I make my tuna salad at home I use light miracle whip

    spinach leaves

    jalapenos

    onions (i prefer red)

cheese (optional - hot pepper is my choice if I decide I want it)

Love the variety here. Usually just make mine with tuna, mayo, chopped onins, celery, salt, pepper and a dash of white vinegar. I'll put in a chopper or food processor and mix till very creamy.

I sometimes switch out the mayo and use plain yogurt, 1 can of tuna, and sweet pickle relish. Just for fun to drive my wife nuts, i'll add flax seeds. Of course she get even with me and adds onions.

I like mine with Low fat mayo, a hard boiled egg or two, a little lemon juice (just a dash) and white pepper to taste. Love white pepper :)
