Greek yogurt with strawberry's, raspberry's, blueberry's and blackberry's with ground organic flax. I have this every single day with a large teaspoon of chia seeds. Yummmmmmmmmmy!0

Yup! And I use full-fat cream in mine though I limit myself to my morning 16 oz cup and that is all (except on the weekends...when coffee becomes more of a "treat" or dessert for me sometimes...). When I was working 2 jobs and going to school full-time, I had coffee morning, noon, and night so it was challenge enough to just cut back!0 -

Extra spicy vindaloo roti. 1500ish calories (yup!) for one but I keep it to every couple weeks max and I'm pretty small so screw it. Best. Food. Ever.0

Eggs. People that say eggs are bad for you need punched in the neck.
I love eggs.
The argument I have heard is that you should try to avoid eating more than 2 WHOLE eggs in a day. The reason is because the yolk is high in cholesterol. You can have 2 whole eggs and substitute the rest with egg white, that would be fine.
Well yeah, you can't really eat a ton of anything every day. I eat 2/day

I don't believe any food is *bad*. WE are bad - in how we consume it/use it/abuse it. I refuse to say 'this food is off limits'....because *I* am the one who needs LIMITS.
Oh, and let me add, EVERYTHING is my 'non-negotionable' food (probably how I got in this shape, snort).0
