What is your non-negotiable must have food?

mint chocolate-chip ice cream
wine
sushi
all in moderation of course0 -
coffee and chocolate
Yup! And I use full-fat cream in mine though I limit myself to my morning 16 oz cup and that is all (except on the weekends...when coffee becomes more of a "treat" or dessert for me sometimes...). When I was working 2 jobs and going to school full-time, I had coffee morning, noon, and night so it was challenge enough to just cut back!0 -

Extra spicy vindaloo roti. 1500ish calories (yup!) for one but I keep it to every couple weeks max and I'm pretty small so screw it. Best. Food. Ever.0

Eggs. People that say eggs are bad for you need punched in the neck.
I love eggs.
The argument I have heard is that you should try to avoid eating more than 2 WHOLE eggs in a day. The reason is because the yolk is high in cholesterol. You can have 2 whole eggs and substitute the rest with egg white, that would be fine.
Well yeah, you can't really eat a ton of anything every day. I eat 2/day
i eat eggs everyday ;-)
but im only eating one whole egg and the rest is egg white
which is pretty damn awesome lol0 -
I think after looking through the thread my list grew considerably.
- Coffee
- Peanut Butter/Biscuit Spread
- Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
- Sushi
- Bananas
- Pita bread0 -

None and that's been a lesson here. I thought it was cereal but I've pretty much given it up and don't really care.0

Coca-Cola. It's the devil, yes....but I love it.

I don't believe any food is *bad*. WE are bad - in how we consume it/use it/abuse it. I refuse to say 'this food is off limits'....because *I* am the one who needs LIMITS.
Oh, and let me add, EVERYTHING is my 'non-negotionable' food (probably how I got in this shape, snort).0 -
Pepsi! I have the diet stuff.
I used to think it'd be crisps as I'd eat at least a pack a day but I haven't had a single one in 6 weeks!0 -
New Mexico chile (not chili)0

Avocado and Sushi. I would die without both.0

HANDS DOWN, VINO!!!! I watch it, and add the two....sometimes but rarely 3 glasses a day to my calories and act accordingly with the rest of my calorie intake. But that is my one thing I have no intention of giving up. EVEN IF, I know it COULD slow down my weight loss. I have lost a solid 15 pounds so far, so no complaints. Life it too short and too fleeting to not enjoy!
That is my story and I am sticking to it!0 -
I've given up lots of things that I thought I never could do without, but I don't even care because I want to hit my goal weight so much. However, I do need my turtle cake from Cafe Latte every once in awhile. Chocolate cake with fudge frosting, caramel, and pecans. I will go weeks without sugar and then have a piece of that. I sit on my couch alone and eat it with my eyes closed so I can enjoy every single bite.
Probably I can't live without my homemade pickled beets, cucumbers and tomatoes from my garden, and peanut butter.0 -
juicy, delicious patty melts. i average about one per month. DON'T tell me to give that *kitten* up!!0
