Today's challenge is: Chest Flys
Lets do 50 of them.
Some of you don't have a bench so be creative in the way you do them. Also, some of you don't have weights so get what ever works for you.

This video shows how to do them and you can log them as calisthenics if you like.
You have until midnight to get them done and you can do them in any combination of sets you want. Remember, light weight is for toning and heavy weight is for strength when picking your weights.

I got some 2 lb weights and two ottomans I can lay on. Challenge on!0

I used a backpack on the floor for my "bench" - Done!0

Done! I did 50 just on the floor like in 30ds, but didn't feel anything so I rigged up something to lay on, did 10, wasn't comfortable on my back, adjusted my "bench", then did 50 using 3# weights.0
