Is there anything out there that is low cal but still filling and semi healthy to snack on? I was doing the thin pretzel sticks from Rold Gold but I'm so sick of them. Any input would be great :-)

I have total issues with being able to keep things cold during the day at work.. so the granola would be good and the 100 cal nut packs.. I always heard though to stay away from nuts..0

Apples and Peanut butter (might not be super low cal but it keeps me full longer)
Tomatos slices and laughing cow cheese (nom nom nom)0 -
Rice cakes - they come plain, or with chocolate or yoghurt so you can change it up!!0

Ya i agree with everyone else! I love greek yogurt! I add fresh fruit and crushed cocoa almonds and for 6oz plain yogurt some strawberries and 1/2 oz nuts and a dash of honey its under 200 cals and SUPER filling and good for you.0

You heard wrong. Nuts are filled with healthy fats, and are good for you, though they are higher cal.0 -
eat good, filling meals (protein and veggies) and you won't feel the urge to snack in between. no snacking = zero calories.0

I like ryvita well under 100 cals a slice and you can top them with low fat cheese, fruit, ham, chicken, tuna etc
They do a lot of different flavours including a sweet one with raisins.0 -

MFP has a built in food database that you can search any food and it will tell you the calorie content of that food. It will even tell you serving size and you can adjust it to how much you ate.0

what gets me are the hours here at work sitting. Maybe I'm just not eating a very filling breakfast. I should start by changing that.

Light string cheese. Popcorn cakes. Cinnamon-dusted almonds. Special K chips or crackers. Hard-boiled egg.
I prefer snacks with protein because they seem to keep me fuller longer.0 -

Fruit and vegetables!! Cut bell peppers, carrot sticks, cherry tomatoes, pineapple chunks, strawberries, blueberries. Fill up on veggies when you are the hungriest and snack on fruit to throughout the day for energy. Save the processed stuff for once-a-day and even pair that with a fruit or veggie. Ten almonds and a clementine or two is a personal favorite snack.0

I like 90 calorie Fiber One bars. Yes, they do have carbs and they have sugar but they only have 90 calories and they keep me full!
Almonds. Sometimes I make my own trail mix with dif unsalted nuts, seeds and fruits. It is high in calories, about 160 for 1/4 cup but it satisfies hunger very well.
Bing cherries, blueberries, strawberries, etc. Do not fear natural sugars!
Schwanns orange or raspberry cream bars (70 cals I think) or Swiss Miss low calorie chocolate fudge bars. Both under 100 cals and they are big.
Homemade fruit smoothies made with frozen strawberries, bananas and plain greek yogurt or skim milk. Sometimes I add a few nuts too.0 -

cocoa covered almonds, slice banana in bite size pieces freeze em'..they are awesome, Kroger brand carbmaster yogurt (low in sugar), 100 cal popcorn, berries (lower in sugar)...do as I say not as I do...LOL0
