I like it with pasta and extra light salad cream, or in a jacket/baked spud, or with mashed potato, or with a mixed salad in a pitta.0

my current favorite tuna recipe is a can of tuna, mixed with 1 oz of cream cheese (warmed up) and 2 tbs of salsa
This sounds really good. I'm so trying it! Thank you.0 -
Tuna Noodle Casserole for one person
Combine the ingredients below and microwave until hot and bubbly, or bake if you wish. Save some of the water from the tuna to make it juicier. You could also put some of the cheese and french fried onions on the top, or add more cheese. Loaded with calcium and can handle a little more pasta if you want.

Its really good with avocado. You can also
add it to leafy green salads. Sometimes I just
eat it right out of the can for lunch.0 -

tuna mushroom melt. 1 can chunk tuna drained mix with 1 can mushroom soup. Do not add water to it. Put on toast. Serves 4. Need to stretch it some more. Add a can of peas drained. It really is quite good.0

My favorite way (people think I'm weird, but I SWEAR by) add a little fat free or light miracle whip and sprinkle chilli powder....eat plain, on a salad, on a sandwhich, or dip into with crackers.
Anytime I have anything with tuna that I haven't made, I definitely miss the chilli powder Try it folks!0 -

Straight out of the can with a spoon, no spices. You can do it.
That's how I do it. I would rather spend my calories on something else:)0 -
Tuna is bad for you -- because our seas are polluted. It's a big, predatory fish and is thus filled with mercury and other heavy metals. I much prefer sardines because they are much lower in heavy metals.0
