I think my biggest change is more mental: I'm happier, more self-confident, and less self-conscious.
Unfortunately, when I start to lose, it's usually first in my chest and my butt. :-(0 -

My cardiovascular fitness! When I began running it was painful to run a full minute.
Today I just finish my first 8km race. It blows my mind to be honest!
Other than that, I like my collarbones.0 -
My double chin, my arms, mid section, legs and hips.... oh wait is that everything? hehe

@Gracieabem, Good for you to actually race in public!! I can't even go outside without breaking my neck to see if anyone's watching me, I have kids from my school who live directly across the street, I'm more of a hermit LOL.

i lost my back fat...I hate to say it, but I hated it with a passion. Now It's smooth as can be and I love to show it off now

So far, my waistline is my biggest change, down 4 inches.0

I'm loving that my tummy is getting smaller. It's the part of my body I'm most self-conscious about (don't know why), so that's pretty good. Also, my arms are getting toned from using weights and I'm not embarrassed to wear a tank top in public now!0

Added about 2" to my penis due to loss of fat in the abdominal area.

Since I have lost the most complimented part is now my abs and my back lol
I'm still waiting for my legs to follow suit, but they look soooo much better than they used to...
But I would have to say my back. I love how it looks now!0 -
My waist, I've gone from a size 42 to just under a 36. Feeling great!! Can actually see my abs, thought they left me forever!!0

Strangely enough, I keep noticing my ankles. I used to have lots of issues with swelling, and even when they weren't swollen they looked fat. I'm rather enjoying that they seem almost graceful now.0
