Ramadan Mubarak!
Things I am doing regarding w/o in Ramadan:
1. Reduce the time and intensity of your w/o (I am only doing 1hr/day vs typical 2-3 hrs)
2. W/o either after suhoor, immediately b4 iftar, or a few hrs after iftar (personally I do my cardio 1 hr b4 iftar so I can rehydrate immediately afterwards - and gives me time after iftar for taraweeh)
3. Drink lots of water during non-fasting hours
Some websites I found had helpful info:

Good luck to everyone! Especially good luck resisting the desert table after a day of fasting0 -

Ramadan Mubarak!
In Canada we are fasting from 4 am to 9pm about 17 hours.
First 3 days gone without any issues.0 -
So far I have not really worked out while fasting. Yesterday I went for a 15 minute walk after iftar. Today I did 10 minutes of a cardio dvd around midnight.
I do miss working out, but I have no energy at all while fasting. From today onward I plan to do a 30 minute walk after iftan and a 30 minute Jillian Michaels video around 10pm. Wish me luck!0 -
Salam
Ramadan Mubarak to everyone....
I am also fasting ( about 18 hours) and I cant eat much... When its iftaar time I drink plenty of water or juice so I eat so little....
May Allah bless you all and help you during Ramadan0 -
Hi (:
I'm 14 and I live in Belgium, and I'm also fasting.
In Belgium, we fast for like 18 hours
Around 4 am we stop eating and at almost 10 pm we can eat again.
I work out for 2-3 hours a day:
- I run 30 min.
- crosstrainer for 30 min.
- pilates 20-30 min.
- weight lifting 10-20 min.
- strenght training for 45 min.
- Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred, that takes almost 30 min.
So that's 2h45min-3hours of working out.
I'm on a diet and I eat healty, but I don't lose weight
I gained like 3 kilos (that's 6.6 pounds) during these 2 weeks0 -
I work out while fasting. I'm accustomed to cardio without water actually I literally only need a sip from a water from the fountain after. It's not easy and I cant work out everyday like I do in non - Ramadan days0
