Logging Run/walk intervals

I'm working up to running, but for now I'm walking like 2 mins/running 2 mins, etc...
How do you register this on the MFP journal. Is it interval training? And no, I don't have a HRM, but I avg about 140bpm.

    Log it seperately. Log your running and log your walking.
