"Nothing tastes as good as bacon."
is that eating or making
even tho both are good!0 -
oh, my reply was aimed at the comment 'I don't want to be skinny. Who would feel good being skin and bones with a small layer of adipose tissue? They should change it to nothing tastes as good as being strong and healthy feels.' and NOT nothing tastes as good as being skinny feels'
That statement really pisses me off and I usually want to slap people who put this as their status on facebook. Who wants to be skinny? It is not attractive!0 -
My mom's cheesecake disagrees:laugh:0

In the moment you might think it's worth it, but in the long run, IMO being skinny feels better.
But I also believe that you can/should eat anything in moderation. Don't cut out things you enjoy just because you want to be thin. That one piece of cake won't hurt, just don't go for seconds0 -
for me its chinese food and mexican food0

Skinny (i.e., Weight) is only one of the many numbers to track.
Others include: BMI, Waist to Hip Ratio, % body fat, Total cholesterol, LDL/HDL Ratio, Blood Pressure, Blood Sugar, etc.
All things being equal, the healthy organism feels better.0
