    I'm 5'8 and I have no idea. At the moment my goal size is a 10, that might adjust depending on how I feel at that size.
  • My goal is 135. I'm a swimmer and have a fair amount of muscle on my frame, but 135lbs for me is under a 20% BMI

    I am at my goal of 145 (size 6/8 US). You really have to play it by ear, see how you look and feel as you go along, and DO NOT get fixated on a number.

    I am just under 5ft8 but everytime I lose weight I promise myself i will maintain it but then I decided I need to go lower.I am 138lb and now think maybe go to 130lb but then think is that just a fixation with the number more than anything?

    I am 5'8 and my goal is 155. Its a weight I know I can maintain and am comfortable with.
  • My goal is 125, but my BMI says that would be pretty low. So like many of you, I will play by ear.
  • I'm around 5'8" and my goal weight is around 135. I don't know if I'll be able to make it there with my larger bone structure, but we'll see. I've made it from a size 16 to a size 13, so maybe I can make it to that size 10. :)

    I'm 5'7" and my goal is 140-ish. Not too fixated on the number itself but I want to be under 150.

    I'm 5'9" and I was a UK size 12 (US 8) at 10st 7lbs.

    I think I'd like to get to 9st 9lbs (135lbs)

    I'm 5 ft 7 and my goal is 161 at the moment. Its a weight i've been before and easily maintained. i'll reassess when i get back there but wouldn't want to go lower than 147.
  • i'm 5'6" and goal is 145, but I also want to be toned and confident. :D

    but I would rather be 150 toned, than 150 and flabby.

    5'8 1/2 here, with a goal of 135, but realistically, will probably be between 140-145!

    5'8" and an appropriate weight for my large frame is around 160. My ticker shows my goal as 175, so I'll start a new goal for that last 15 lbs.

    I'm about 5'7 3/4" tall.

    My original goal weight was 114 lbs as my frame is small. I reached that goal, but then realized I needed to gain more muscle mass, so now I hover between 120 lbs and 115 lbs :)

    My current goal is 150 and I am 5'8". I am at 153 right now, so we'll see if that's what I want to stick with. I may go to 145, but I have a fair amount of muscle so we'll see. I am currently a solid size 8 with a couple of 6's thrown in (even one size 4!). So, just go by how you feel and what your body knows it can maintain.

    BTW: I went from 230lbs (size 20) to my current weight.

    I am at 165 right now and am 5'6. My BMI says I am still overweight and so do the "charts" so even though this is the goal weight I set for myself I am reassessing what I want to weigh. If I went into the 150-159 range I think that is where my body will tell me I am at a weight I can maintain. So I have set a goal to lose another 6, we'll see after that. I agree don't get hung up on a number rather shoot for feeling healthy.

    I am 5'7 with a large bone structure (thanks dad) I am aiming for 160 for now, but my true goal is a healthy, strong body that I am happy with, regardless of what the scale says. 160 is just something to set my sights on to keep me going, because "thin and healthy" is just too vague for me, for now.

    My current goal is 175. I think that's a manageable number for me. I've been as low as 155 but it was unattainable and I think I was there for about five minutes! I'm 5'7.5" btw...

    Goal (met) = 20% BF per (BodPod) so about 134-136 lbs

    I'm 5'7 and my ultimate goal is 150-160lbs...and if I don't feel good with those numbers and feel I can lose more, then I think 140lbs. I was 140lbs when I was 18 yrs old and that was the best size I remember being lol. I have a big frame tho (big boned), and I can't imagine myself smaller then 140 I guess lol, only time will tell :)
  • I'm 5ft7 currently 159, goal is 140 but I'll see how I feel at 147. It's just a number. And I feel pretty great now tbh!

    I'm just over 5'7". My goal is to at least be under 150. 140 would be nice but we'll see when we get there.
