In my past chicken wing gorging days. I would have said Blue without hesitation.

Now that I am enjoying more salads. I would say feta. I really enjoy a little crumbled feta on a spinach salad.

  • I don't want to talk about it... Cheese is my weakness.

Stilton, Gorgonzola, Rosenborg, we have tons of local blues here.... good thing I just had lunch or I'd be heading to the store...

Goat. I could eat it all the time. Good thing it's more expensive.

    Feta is a close second.

    Blue/gorgonzola gives me migraines.

roquefort any time, feta depends, some are really good,

but then again it is too generic to decide there are tons of blue cheese with so many different flavors, same for feta (although for feta it depends more on how it is marinated i.e. salt water, oil , dry)

    Oooooh. Tough.

Probably blue cheese actually, as much as I love feta. If I eat too much of it, it gives me that vomitty feeling. I kinda like it. Don't ask why.

Blue all the way for me! I have a rather nice piece of St Augur in the fridge at the minute, but I also love stilton (especially with a glass of port) and cambazola, the blue brie. Gorgonzola and roquefort are wonderful, I love them mixed with walnuts and pear as a salad. Danish blue I'm not so keen on, it tastes a bit soapy. And blue cheese just melts so beautifully over a steak mmmmmm

Feta? Meh, it's OK in a salad, but that's about it.

Ohh nice. I want to eat lunch at your house!

Any and all types of cheese. I don't care which :P

But mostly it depends on what I'm cooking. Lighter dishes like salads are really good with feta, but heavier dishes like roasted vegetables I'd go with blue.
Well, more accurately it depends on what cheese I want to use... they are all yummy.
  • feta!

i can't stand ANYTHING w blue cheese in it.

goat cheese is amazing. i could eat that stuff by the container.
