Just about to grab either cheese and crackers, apple or strawberries with virtually fat yogurt.0

4oz of chicken breast with 1/2 cup of cucumbers and 1/2 cup of peppers, 1/4 cup croutons and 1tbsp of caesar dressing0

just ate a whole wheat sandwich thin, pb2, banana and water - 250cal lunch. I'm saving my calories. I have a movie date with the kiddos...frozen pizza and heath torte. Yummo!!!0

About to make my midday smoothie:
3/4 cup chopped kale
1 large banana
1-11/2 cup organic coconut milk
2 tlbs creamy peanut butter

Raw organic golden flax seeds. I fill my mouth with them like a hamster does, pretty much, and chew them up slowly, and it keeps my face full and the nutrition good, while the calories are low.0
