Is better to give yourself a break or push it everyday?

At least one day off a week, no matter how badly you feel like exercising. Sometimes I take two or have a day where I just walk moderately. Believe me I feel like busting as 24/7 but I tried that and it was not good for my body at all.
Weekends are a good time for resting unless that makes you get off track and forget healthy eating...I usually rest Sunday & friday if I need to because it gets crazy busy0 -
I try to do an "official" workout 5-6 days a week. On my days off I am still active. I have kids who don't allow me much rest.0

Even though I strive for everyday my workouts are so intense I end up exhausted and craving carbs so now I force myself for one day off and on that day I just go for a long long walk to keep happy and healthy rest is important!0
