    I really didn't exercise at all and ate whatever I wanted before, so as soon as I cut my calories, I immediately dropped the first 50lbs easily. After that I started adding in a few small exercises like hoop dancing and did 30 Day Shred 3x per week to drop the rest of the weight. It was really about self control and small portions for me!

    Nice! It sounds so easy, but yet I find myself struggeling haha.. :( GREAT JOB THOUGH! VERY INSPIRATIONAL!
