    Omega-3 Peanut Butter & Apple Jelly sandwich on Double-Fiber Whole wheat bread with a cup of 1% milk. 345 calories total. Personally I can't stand whole wheat bread but 15 seconds in the microwave will make anything edible, plus warm peanut butter always tastes better.

    I've never thought of heating up the pb! do you heat the jelly too?

    I just polished off a sandwich made with 100% whole wheat bread, all natural peanut butter, homemade spiced blueberry jam and banana slices.

    Snack: blue diamond wasabi and soy sauce almonds

    Supper: homemade veg soup and wine

    Mid afternoon snack: crackers and cheese

    Lunch: pork loin chop, salad of red lettuce, low fat french dressing, half avacado, vine ripened tomato.

    Mid morning snack: greek plain yogurt, blueberries, splenda

    Breakfast: toast with crunchy peanut butter and low sugar orange marmelade, coffee.

  • Canada Dry Ginger Ale with Green Tea
  • Blueberries and Iced Tea.
  • Just finished my workout (Back & BIceps + 30 Min. Cardio) and I'm about to devour some chicken breast, brown rice and broccoli. And then I will enjoy my new favorite treat: Skinny Cow Chocolate Peanut Butter Ice Cream Sandwich :D

    I just ate dinner consisting of a salad: romaine lettuce, grape tomatoes, croutons, chicken breast, light ranch. On the side, a sliced green pepper with some light ranch.

    For lunch I am havin 20 oz blended frozen green veges with mint, 100g pan- fried chicken breast 50g quinoa & 50g baked sweet potatoes. Very satisfying :):happy:

    8 slices wheat toast w/ 4 tablespoons Jiff peanut butter
    Chobani greek yogurt
    1/2 cup cottage cheese
    Pint of Dryers neapolitan ice cream
    Cherry coke zero

    I just finished work. I stopped a local variety store on my way home and had a Magnum carmel ice cream bar. After my workout this morning and loosing another pound I decided to give my self a treat. I am still under my carbs.:)
